Sizing & Fit

How do I know what size to order?
Check the size chart on each product page before you buy — our sizes run XS-S through 2XL-3XL. Read the Fit + Care notes on the product too, since some styles run firmer (supportive) and some run more relaxed (relaxed coverage).

What if I'm stuck between two sizes?
As a general rule: size up for more coverage and a more relaxed feel, size down for a firmer, more supportive hold. If you're still not sure, email us before you order with your usual size in other brands and we'll help you land on the right one — we'd rather help you get it right the first time than have you guess.

Can I order a different size top and bottom, or top and bottom within a set?
Yes. Bust and hip sizing don't always match, so every set lets you choose your top size and bottom size separately at checkout.

Will my top give me enough support?
Our tops are built with wide, adjustable straps and double lining for shape and support, whether you're swimming laps, doing Pilates or walking along the beach. If you want a firmer hold, size down slightly for a closer, more supportive fit.

Will my bikini bottoms stay on when I swim, dive under waves or surf?
Amali is designed and tested for real movement, not just standing on the sand. Tie-side styles let you adjust the fit yourself, and our short-style pieces are cut for full coverage with no adjusting needed. Getting your size right is the biggest factor in a secure fit — email us if you'd like a hand.

Fabric & Care

What does the fabric feel like?
Buttery soft, stretchy and seamless, with double lining throughout for coverage, support and confidence in and out of the water.

How do I look after my swimwear?
Rinse in cold water after every wear (chlorine, salt water and sunscreen break fabric down over time), then lay flat to dry out of direct sun. Avoid the washing machine and dryer.

How does the reversible design work?
Every Amali piece is fully reversible, so you're getting two prints or colours in one. Wear either side out depending on your mood — same support, same fit, two looks.

Shipping

How long does shipping take within Australia?
Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post.

Standard shipping usually takes 2 to 6 business days once dispatched.
Express shipping usually takes 1 to 3 business days once dispatched.

Please allow 24 to 48 hours for order processing before your order ships.

Do you ship to the United States and internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally.

DHL Express usually takes 3 to 4 business days.
International Express usually takes 3 to 5 business days.
Standard International shipping to the US usually takes 6 to 10 business days.
Standard International shipping to the EU and UK usually takes 4 to 12 business days.

Transit times are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, public holidays or peak periods.

Will I be charged customs, import duties or tariffs on an international order?
Possibly. Customs duties, taxes, tariffs and clearance fees are set by your destination country and may be charged when your parcel arrives.

For US customers only, Amali Swim currently covers applicable tariff charges where required. This does not apply to customs fees, import duties, taxes or charges in any other country.

Any customs duties, taxes, clearance fees or import charges outside of US tariffs are the responsibility of the customer.

We are legally required to declare the full value of your order and cannot mark it as a gift, even if the order is intended as a gift.

If a parcel is refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees, duties, tariffs or taxes, the original shipping cost will not be refunded. A $25 return shipping fee will also be deducted from your store credit. This fee is non negotiable.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Within Australia, yes. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes for international orders.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your returns policy?
Because swimwear is a hygiene item made in small, limited runs, we don't offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing or fit, and sale items are final. If your item arrives faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. Read our full refund policy for details.

Since I can't return for sizing, how do I make sure I order the right size?
Use the size chart and Fit + Care notes on each product page, and email us before you order if you're unsure — we'll help you choose based on your measurements and how you like your swimwear to fit. It costs nothing to ask first.
