Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy
Once an order has been placed with Amali Swim, it cannot be cancelled or modified. This includes:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect sizing selected
- Incorrect shipping details provided at checkout
We encourage all customers to carefully review their order, sizing, and shipping information before completing their purchase.
Pre Orders & Limited Drops
All pre order and limited release items are final sale for change of mind, sizing or fit. Estimated dispatch dates are provided as a guide only and may be subject to change due to production or shipping delays.
By placing a pre order, you acknowledge and accept potential delays and agree that pre orders cannot be cancelled once placed, except where we fail to dispatch your order within a reasonable time of the estimated dispatch date, in which case your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply.
Order Processing
Orders begin processing immediately after purchase. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it is not possible to cancel, change, or redirect the order.
Store Credit
In the rare event a cancellation is approved at our discretion prior to processing, a store credit may be issued instead of a refund.
Faulty or Major Failure Items
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If an item, including a pre order or limited release item, is faulty or does not meet a consumer guarantee, our Refund Policy applies and you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund as set out there.
Agreement
By completing a purchase with Amali Swim, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy, in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
