How to measure yourself
Bust: measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape level. Waist: measure around the narrowest part of your natural waistline. Hip: measure around the fullest part of your hips.
If your measurements sit across two bands, for example your bust suits S-M but your hip suits M-L, go with whichever measurement matters most for that piece. Choose bust for tops and hip for bottoms, or use our general rule of sizing up for more coverage and a relaxed fit, or sizing down for a firmer, more supportive hold.
