Returns & Exchanges Policy

 

At Amali Swim, each piece is designed slowly and produced in small, limited runs. We don't offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. However, if you've ordered the wrong size, we're happy to help.

Size Exchanges
You can request a size exchange within 7 days of your order being delivered, provided the item is unworn (aside from trying it on over your own underwear), unwashed, and has all original tags attached. For shorties and one-pieces without a hygiene sticker, we'll ask you to email a photo confirming the item meets these conditions before the exchange is approved.

Exchange Shipping
Within Australia, size exchanges are free: you cover the cost of returning the original item to us, and we cover the cost of sending your new size back out, both via standard shipping.
International exchanges incur a flat $20 AUD fee to cover return shipping, also via standard shipping.

Limited runs and pre-order styles are exchanged subject to size availability within that run, as we can't restock a sold-out size once a limited run sells through.

Change of mind and sale items remain final sale.

We strongly encourage you to carefully check our size guide and product descriptions before purchasing.

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Faulty Items
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible at amaliswim@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue, so we can assess and resolve it quickly.
