Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been placed with Amali Swim, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

This includes:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect sizing selected

  • Incorrect shipping details provided at checkout

We encourage all customers to carefully review their order, sizing, and shipping information before completing their purchase.

Pre Orders & Limited Drops

All pre order and limited release items are final sale. Estimated dispatch dates are provided as a guide only and may be subject to change due to production or shipping delays.

By placing a pre order, you acknowledge and accept potential delays and agree that pre orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

Order Processing

Orders begin processing immediately after purchase. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it is not possible to cancel, change, or redirect the order.

Store Credit

In the rare event a cancellation is approved at our discretion prior to processing, a store credit may be issued instead of a refund.

Agreement
