Domestic Shipping (Australia)

All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post.

Domestic Express
Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days

Please note: Australia Post does not guarantee next business day delivery, particularly during peak periods or public holidays.

International Shipping

We offer the following international shipping options depending on destination:

  • DHL Express: 3–4 business days

  • International Express: 3–5 business days

  • Standard International USA: 6–10 business days

  • Standard International EU & UK: 4–12 business days

Transit times are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing or carrier delays.

Shipping Information

Please allow 24–48 hours for order processing. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details provided at checkout are correct. Amali Swim is not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer. Orders sent to an incorrect address are not eligible for a refund.

All unclaimed or undeliverable parcels that are returned to us will be reshipped at the customer’s expense.

If you select safe drop or provide delivery instructions requesting the parcel be left unattended, Amali Swim is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels.

Amali Swim does not ship to PO Boxes for international orders. PO Box delivery is available within Australia only.

Every order is supplied with a tracking number.

Customs, Import Duties & Gift Declarations

International orders may be subject to customs clearance fees, import duties or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

Amali Swim is not liable for delays caused by customs processing.

To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the full value of all items ordered and classify them as dutiable merchandise. We are unable to mark orders as a “gift”, even if the purchase is intended as a gift for someone else.

If an order is refused or rejected due to unpaid customs fees, a $25 return fee will be deducted from your store credit to cover return shipping costs. This fee is non negotiable.
